They’re not mixed, and you’re going to hear a little bit of feedback hear and there. But you gotta hand it to the Ex’pressions college students, they did a decent job producing our live webcast performance from their on campus black-box theatre last Friday night. We’ll be releasing the full performance, along with Video in the coming days/weeks, mixed and cleaned up, but we thought we’d give you a little taste. Here’s a few fun (and I repeat - unmixed or mastered rough) tracks from the Sex With No Hands webcast at Ex’pressions college (we recommend skipping past some of the pre and post song banter and studio silence!)
Walk the Dinosaur
Nail Deep
Disko Boy
Sunrise Sunset Mambo
Sex With No Hands rocked the Peacock Gold Lounge in Lower Haight on Saturday April 18th. We’re not sure when the last time that was done.
Here’s a couple of highlights:
Jungle Love (cover)
The Sex With No Hands Anthem (original)
Check out these live tracks from Cafe Du Nord on 3/21/2009 - a preview of some of the original SWNH songs to be released with our full length album. We hope you enjoy these tracks (bear with us for the sound quality)!
Golden Showers
Espere Hay Mas!
Science Boogie
We’ve got a midi garage band sample of a new tune we’re working on. It’s a Zydeco called Huff n’Stuff. Hope you like it…
A little preview for what’s to come. We first played this song in January 2008 at a Polish Wedding. It’s an original composition of a classic song. We call it the Sunrise Sunset Mambo.
This live track was recorded April 12th, 2008 at a live performance in SF. The second time we ever played this song, and we did this unrehearsed! Not the best quality (nor performance), but hey, there is some great energy there, don’t you think? Have a listen and enjoy!
Gary not only knows his way around the sticks n’skins, but also writes some really creative stuff using a midi keyboard, computer microphone and garage band. Seriously.
Check out some of his work!
Burrito Time
Funky Pants (Huh!)
Loungin With No Hands
Dancing (A SWNH Anthem)
Stuff Your Fro In It
They Go
